Hello!

CleanTalk added some features:

1. Added an ability to use stop words to block users whose nicknames contain certain words. This will allow you to use the service to block users with obscene or containing advertising nicknames.

2. We’ve added an ability to filter email addresses by a mask.

Symbol asterisk “*” means any set of characters.

Examples:

• name*@example.com (all e-mail addresses with any set of characters after “name” will be blocked).
• [li]*aa44@example.com (all e-mail addresses with any set of characters before “aa44” will be blocked).
• *kkk*vvv*@example.com (all e-mail addresses with any set of characters before “kkk”, before “vvv” and after “vvv” will be blocked).

And so on, you can use any combinations of characters and asterisks to make a mask.

Sorry, but uninstalling. This plugin in simply does not work. It approved all the spam and made no difference to the number of spam posts from before installing.

You can just block both India and Pakistan in your personal blacklist - https://cleantalk.org/my
As I can see all of your spam is coming from these countries.
Next, could you give us 2-3 requests with correct comments?

As you can see item 2 says that you should upload files from the package to <XenForo-root-folder>/library/

Try to install the extension following the instructions.
