Cannot reproduce alerts from ignored members

It does not happen often. I think twice so far here on xenforo.com

But I have gotten alerts from people on ignore. One a few days ago and one today.

I don't see how this can happen unless there's some data being overwritten that I haven't noticed. We initially check whether we're ignoring the user that posted the message. Unfortunately, it's not something that I've been able to reproduce.

A lot like this error (link) the ratio in which it happens is so low that when it does happen I don't really notice it until after the fact. It has only happen 2x out of the few hundred post it could have happen.

Should it happen again, I'll try my best to make an effort to screen shot it though.
