Can someone help me out please? I mean, I checked every possible way and I see in the control panel of the user that his alerts are all enabled. I checked the backend and I saw that the user permissions are unlimited with tags, so any possible problem is solved, but I can't get an alert as an user if someone tags me? What could be the problem?
Note: I imported all users from my old vBulletin group. Therefore I re-saved the user permissions, groups and users + settings, but it's still not working.
Please, help me...
