XF 2.1 After importing forum, Users getting "This message is awaiting moderator approval, and is invisible to normal visitors."

I have imported threads, posts, nodes, user groups, etc.. from a vbulletin forum, I had registered users group in vbulleting forum, and senior members could be able to reply to threads, and create posts in most forums without moderator approvals.
But after importing to the forum, Users in the 'registered users' group cannot post without approval.

Where can I find that option to allow that registered users group members to post without approval?

I checked user permission analyze tool against those sections that users getting approval message, and everything seems fine

There is a permission called "Submit content without approval" and a per-node option to force all posts to be approved. So I suspect it would be one of those.
