XF 1.5 admin page is not visible?

Hi all ,
recently I install xenforo 1.5 version..........In the version the user click https://mysitename/admin.php
the site shows the the admin page and ask user name and password.............
Is it possible it is controllable and only me show the admin page, Any user click the URL https://mysitename/admin.php it doesn't show any page......It will block state....... because of hackers problem to hack the admin user name and password?

The xenforo is installed google compute engine? In this , There is no cpanel? and also how to change the admin user name and password, and also protecting admin.php?

You would need to contact your host for further guidance based on their systems, but I don't know if you're going to have access to do that.
