XF 2.2 Xenforo app showing white screen? And not visible to install?

One of my users stated that he got a white screen on his forum app since recently. He already used the app, but now if he clicks on it, he gets a white screen.
Without the app, forum is working perfectly.
In the admin section, nothing changed and all is green stating "Your board meets the requirements to be an installable progressive web app."
We didn't change anything recently either.

When I go look at my smartphone, I don't even see a forum app option on neither mine nor another Xenforo forum I'm visiting.
I don't even see a button or popup if I visit Xenforo itself here on my own Android phone, so it's not a version issue it seems.
And it's not only happening on our forum.

Fixed. First issue was user side problem.

As for that I couldn't find the app here and in the other friends forum...-> cause: I was looking at the wrong place.

As for the app not appearing on my own forum, in spite of the fact that the notices says all was good and green, it did not work.
After checking (thank you @gouwepeer.nl ) my 192x192 images was in fact 200x200.

After resizing this to 192x192 the app worked again.

Note for future reference:

"Your board meets the requirements to be an installable progressive web app."

does not check the real size it seems, only if image present or filled in I guess.
