XF 2.3 Admin CP black & white after upgrade to latest version

I upgraded to the latest version last week and my admin cp is now monochrome and very difficult to navigate. The forums look correct and are functioning as they should, any recommendations?

I had a similar issue on my fresh installation, not in ACP but in the frontend for me. I created a ticket but they told me that it might be related to CloudFlare configuration.

I checked the source code and found that the CSS variables were gone and therefore all variables were undefined. I don't know if this is a bug in 2.3 or related to CloudFlare configuration.

I reinstalled XenForo and it works as expected now.

Thought I would come back here and let others know what the issues was. It was Google Pagespeed plugin on the plesk server. Not 100% sure why the new version of the forum didn't work with it but when I upgraded to the new version of Xenforo things went downhill. In the end, something with those two apps conflicting.
