This is a missing function, in my opinion, it will be very usefull. I'm talking about the moderation menu INSIDE a discussion. If i want to merge this discussion with another one that i have the URL about, i can't.
i have mandatory to EXIT this discussion, FIND it, maybe this is in 2° or 3° page of the forum and become very frustrating.
In vbulletin there was this option and it was very very usefull becouse let us merge entire discussion also from within a discussion.
With xenforo instead we have to BE outside the discussions for let us merge them.
I suggest to set the option to merge discussions inside the menu INSIDE discussions view.
Also is there a limitation outside the discussion. Xenforo ask mandatory to select almost 2 discussion to see the MERGE function. This is a big limitiation for us becouse we can merge discussion by URL too.
So the other suggestion to make all more dynamic and usable is to show the MERGE DISCUSSION function, both INSIDE and OUTSIDE a single discussion, also if only one discussion is selected and so, adding a "merge with discussion in URL:" option in the merge dialog pupup.
As you can see, if i select only one discussion the merge function is not appear. But if i have to merge it with another discussion (maybe) in another forum (let's hypothesize), The mandatory steps are: 1) I have to move the first discussion, then 2) move my self in the destination forum, 3) find all 2 discussion that maybe are in different pages (almost surely), and only then, select them to merge them. this is very frustrating.
