This update introduces two new Permissions in the Admin CP. A Forum permission to allow a user to add a poll to their own existing thread, and a Forum Moderator permission to allow a user to add a poll to any thread.

If a user has permission to do this, they will see this in the Thread Tools drop down:

This update evaluates node permissions correctly for the "createPollOwn" permission.

With Resource Manager, if topic is linked to resource, adding pool will crash link to resource. delete pool (edit->erase fields) not restore link. Restore link is available with addon http://xenforo.com/community/resources/resource-manager-thread-reassign.1560/
If restore link with addon when topic has pool, pool will deleted. After this operations next adding pool will create server error

The first version should work:

If there are bugs in that version, don't expect them to be fixed as they have already been fixed in subsequent versions. I won't be making special releases to support deprecated XenForo versions.

Hey im getting an error if i want to add a poll.

The field 'multiple' was not recognised.

I'm using 1.4 RC2

You don't need to use this add on with XenForo 1.4.
