XF 2.1 Adding tags to existing threads doesn't work

I'm trying to add tags to existing threads, it seems to save but they aren't actually saved

No server errors and can't delete tags assigned to threads either - checked group and user permissions and they're fine and did work before.

I don't really have any specific suggestions. It "should just work". We've not made any changes in this area recently, not even in XF 2.1.

You'll have to check things like whether it works on a completely unedited/default style. Whether it works with all add-ons disabled, and that kind of thing. Also try performing the actions again with the browser console open to see if anything gets logged there.

Will do, using the default theme with a handful of changes and just have the tapatalk plugin. Will test it off when its quiet

Looks like threads created before the update to 2.1 cant have new tags, but threads created after can. Even with everything disabled and default theme.

@Chris D can you check a thread before the 2.1 update?
