XF 2.0 Add-on upgrade step order

In what order are the upgrade steps performed? I want to add a number of XF-options on my next upgrade and convert old data to those options. I wondered if I can just update their entries in the database because they're inserted before or if I have to insert them manually in this case.

We actually did this in one or two places in the XF 2000010 upgrade.

You’ll need to insert them as they won’t exist until after the Setup class is done.
