I've used the built in upgrader for several versions in a row, and suddenly i get this:

Oops! We ran into some problems.
Not all files are writable. Please upgrade manually.


It would be super helpful for me to know what files can't be written to so i can chmod accordingly. In my case, it was actually a chown issue.
