Fixed Add extra phrase for different kind of "Top"

I translated "Top" on the bottom-right of XF to the Dutch phrase "Terug Naar Boven":



This is the appropriate translation for this functionality in Dutch.

But the same phrase is also used in the style properties here:



Where it should actually be translated differently (I would just keep it "Top" because it's a typical CSS word, the Dutch translation "Terug Naar Boven" makes no sense here).

So my suggestion is to add an extra phrase for the version in the properties. That way, it can be translated correctly in every language.

I have changed the footer phrase to {xen:phrase go_to_top} and left the CSS 'Top' as {xen:phrase top}
