Implemented Add "All posts" to the Watch Forum function

There are a few forums where I'd like to get notified of all posts, not just new threads. For example, my Support forum will often get responses to existing threads with either new problems or new manifestations of old problems.

We can watch all posts in a thread, or watch all new threads in a forum, but can't watch all posts in a forum.

You can watch a forum for all messages.

Apparently not on my site - weird? I'll dig through the settings and see if I have something turned off.
