In my post entitled, "Would you? " I was NOT discussing any settlement... I was referring to IB's business behavior/practices in general and in light of this seemingly never ending lawsuit and how it would help or hurt their end product in the future. Quite frankly, legal speculation within this community has been entertaining at best.

Yeah coming here and reading through that thread and taking any thing anyone says in it as serious business is pretty naive. The amount of ignorance and general faulty thinking is astounding for what would appear as otherwise semi intelligent people.
