today im gonna buy the license but i have a small question regarding the support team

i want to set an small alert when someone post in a some forum ( that shows some information ) will the support team help us out to do this action?

or this function available with specific forum not all of them?

You need a ticket system addon which requires a separate purchase.
Or, you can hire someone to develop a customized addon for your XenForo 2 forum.
Both of these choices are not included in XenForo 2 license price.
(Imagine that XenForo 2 is a sort of system platform.)

You can watch a specific forum and get push notified and/or emailled when a thread is created there... all straight out of the box.
It's a per user alert preference. Then you can enhance those alerts even more with the free Xon Alert Improvements add-on.
