Drawings?Raffle

Looking for suggestions on holding a drawing/raffle.

One of our users is donating some equipment, and the profits are going to help support the forum. I haven't started to take donations on the forum yet but plan to soon, I just finished setting up PayPal.

My question is, what's the best way to set the drawing up? If I sell tickets, say one for $10, three for $15, etc, how would I track who purchased what? Can this be done using PayPal, and is there a virtual drawing add-on or a way to pick the winning user randomly?

Any suggestions are appreciated.

I strongly suggest checking your local laws and host's TOS and Paypal's terms before engaging in any raffle where people pay money to enter as this is considered illegal gambling in some places. It sounds like you'd be essentially be running a lottery.
