You can create virtual credit card by login to net banking.
Keep exact amount u want to pay in that VCC.

Link vcc to paypal and do payment.
Or u can directly enter your vcc detail at payment without linking to paypal.

I think this is easiest and safest way.

Delete Vcc after successful payment and conconfirmation from xF.
