As designed 10px difference between Watched and New Threads pages

Not sure if this is a bug or by design, but when there are no/few threads on the New Threads page, there is a 10px height difference between that page and the Watched Threads page.
This is due to the <div class="pageNavLinkGroup"></div> element.



I'm guessing it's probably by design as the navlink will take effect once the number of threads on the page exceeds 20.

Just thought I'd mention it anyway.

I think this is probably due to the possibility of a pagenav being on one page and not the other.
