1.2 editor jumps and resizes

As I type in the editor when dealing with quoted material, the size of the editor box keeps contracting to a tightly shallow height. This is uncomfortable. It corrects if I use Return a couple of times.

I was working with a quote, chopping it up to comment on two parts of it. This editor doesnt work well with that.
