I wholeheartedly agree. While a minority will never be satisfied, most customers only want regular official announcements like these.
Very well done Xenforo team. Most folks understand that unforeseen delays, issues can always creep up. We wish you all the best and support you.
Having said that, I really hope that in the future, team xenforo does not keep their customers so long in the dark as they had last few months. Delays are all right, changing schedules etc is just fine, just drop in an announcement from time to time when schedules change or when uncertainty creeps in to your customers to prevent this situation to ever occur again.
