Unmaintained [Tinhte] Image Attachment Optimization & CDN Support 2.3.0 20170315

Fix a bug with Mobile Phone Editors.
Just re-uploads files, don't need to import xml again.

• Add Support CDN for image attachments which are not inserted to the post content.
• Image attachments will be displayed as Images in quote content.
• Image attachments will be displayed as Images in Quick Editor & Full Editor, not BBCode anymore. This's great! They are real images now.

Go to Options -> [Tinhte] Image Attachment Optimization to config sub domain or CDN Domain.
