    No, it isn't. Caching for image attachments don't use much memory.

    Can you make images can be served from a CDN or subdomain?

    That means XF attachments would serve from CDN as well. I'm not sure if it's possible yet.

    Yes, if you don't have caching, it still help to save some queries on image attachments.

    @Dinh Thanh: I see that if images attached are not inserted to the post, the address of images is still the original address.

    I mean the attachments that are uploaded, do not display when using this CDN option.

    make sure you use [attach=full][/attach]
