Unmaintained Smiley Manager 2.2.0

Fixed an error with Quicload Smiley mode. Just upload and overwrite Listener file (lirbrary/Milano/SmileyManager/Listener.php) from the upload folder. No need to import the XML file.

• Added Quickload Smiley mode. It will bring your smiley panel to the editor by clicking the message area instead of clicking on the smiley icon in the toolbar. You can enable/disable it in Options/Messages. Once it's enabled, user can turn on/off this feature in Account/Preferences. (This feature was suggested by Shelley)
• Added smiley display order. You can change it by editing smilie one by one or just drag and drop smilies to reorder when viewing smilie category. (This feature was suggested by Veer and Moshe1010)
• Minor improvements and optiomization.

• Fixed uninstall bug: table smilie_category won't delete.
  
• Fixed Cache Rebuilder bug. It works fine now.
  
• Fixed smilies display in wrong category when the category has the same display order with another. (editor)
  
• Added install requirements check: PHP 5.3.0 or later.
  
• Added tab history: when you activate smilie button it will take you to your last used tab.
  
• Added smilies import and export.

Fixed a bug in Milano_SmileyManager_Deferred_Smilie which causes smilie cache can't rebuild properly. Just upload and overwrite everything from the upload folder. No need to import the XML file.

• Fixed CSS issue with smiley tabs when it goes responsive.
• Fixed smilies were parsed incorrectly.
• Added Rebuilder.

If you had installed version 1.0.0, please rebuild smilies and categories after the the upgrade process is completed. You can find it in Tools/Rebuild Caches
