New options added:

• AdSense script loading mode: choose between direct loading, consent-blocked output, or disabled/manual loading.
• Consent-blocked script type: controls the script type used for CMP-blocked output, defaulting to text/plain.
• Consent-blocked script URL attribute: controls where the AdSense URL is stored instead of src, defaulting to data-src.
• Consent group attribute: optional CMP attribute name for consent category/group mapping.
• Consent group value: optional CMP category/group value used with the consent group attribute.
• Consent-blocked output allows CMPs such as CCM19, Cookiebot, Usercentrics, consentmanager, OneTrust, Quantcast Choice, Didomi, Sourcepoint, and Google Funding Choices to release the AdSense script only after consent.
