Sends an email to the admin when a member makes their first post.

This add-on is useful for two reasons, members are far more likely to become regular posters if they are replied to quickly to their first post, verify the first post is not a spammer.

  • All phrases start with firstpostemail_ for your convenience.
  1. Download and unzip it.
  2. Upload the Andy folder to your server. The correct location is library/Andy.
  3. From your Admin Control Panel, go to the "Install Add-on" page.
  4. Upload the addon-FirstPostEmail_v1.6.xml file
  5. Click the Install Add-on button.
Questions and Answers:

Q: Can more than one email be sent, for example to the admin and a moderator?
A: No. Only one member of the forum can get these email notifications.
