Fixed an issue with "All pages mode" where the script fails to add a footer padding to prevent the bar from blocking visibility of some footer elements.
Fixed an issue with BB code toggle button where it breaks the editor if the button is not enabled in the Chat when toggled off from a thread or a different content type.
Fixed an issue on archive page where action buttons do not display when hovering over the message date.
