Notable Members
The notable members page of bigger forums can be cluttered with names that haven't been active in years. You want your notable members to be active members, who cares if they posted 50,000 messages 3 years ago?
This addon provides options to set a recent activity requirement to be on the notable members page. You can set it so they either had to be logged in within [x] days or you can also set it so that logging in isn't good enough and they've had to make a post within the past [x] days.
We also increase performance of the page by caching the results every day. You can turn this option off if you'd like.
All options are managed from admin panel -> home -> options -> user options.
New:
Version 1.2.1 includes "Most Resources" which is a tab to show the members with the most resources added. This tab is only visible if the resource manager is installed.
As part of 1.1.0 I added a "Most Followers" tab to the notable members page. This works with the caching system along with the constraints of recent activity based on last post or last activity. Even if it's not cached, it shouldn't add too much to the query load. To change the phrase of "Most Followers" edit the phrase "most_followers".
Installation
I recommend using Add-on install & upgrade to install this add-on.
