Windows 10, Chrome browser, clicking the up arrow link to quoted text in a posting goes nowhere; in Edge and Firefox it goes to the quoted posting, whether or not it is on the same page or a previous page, which is what it should do. Can this be made to work in Chrome?

I just figured out how to see the name - by mousing over that Open in New Window arrow at the upper right in the lightbox, the photo file name appears in the URL box at the bottom left corner of the screen. It's a little obscure, but it works for me, now that I've figured it out.

Great! Yes, it happened to me here. Clicked the image when the screen looked like the first pic; when I clicked outside the image to return to the text, my screen looked like the second pic.

This isn't nearly the problem it was in vBulletin, but still, it would be useful for moderators to be able to edit, click a button, and rotate an image. Maybe with it available, even the original posters would do that.
