    You go to Blocks in the Admin CP > Install New Block > and then you browse for the Block you want to install. It's somewhere in the ZIP file. It's called RecentFeatures.xml

    There's one critical bug - when dumb people reply to invitation email, it all goes to admin's email. One of the members invited 1300 contacts, the system worked for a few minutes and then my inbox was flooded with 'bounced' and 'hey, long time!' emails. :-(
