Kies Air because it makes it soooooo much easier to transfer files to and from my laptop. AND... I can text people from my computer, making it look like I'm texting from my phone, which can come in handy at times.

Say what? I have Kies Air on my computer as I needed it to root my android. Didn't know I can do that.

Launch Kies on your computer, go to Messages, and click Create Message in the top left corner.

Pity it's so slow to work with large text conversations (or maybe it's just my phones wifi having unbelievably bad ping as usual)

I've had no problems with it, except sometimes Airdroid will send a message but my phone will say it's undelivered.
