It is true. The paypal payment area allows you to pay with a credit card without needing a paypal account.

I have the same problem. In third world New Zealand none of my visa cards are accepted via paypal without an account.
Please offer google wallet or something

Google Wallet could be used, but it may be more of an annoyance.

That maybe acceptable. Granted it would cost an addition $17, but that can be done within reason.

You can walk into a Western Union and send a payment with cash last time I checked.

Paypal is absolutely rubbish. I tried paying suing my card and it came back with denied. Even though it has the funds and works everywhere. Please use something like stripe or google wallet. Paypal is a hassle to deal with.

Oh and forgot to mention, I am located here in the U.S. so internationalization should have no impact.
