Good stuff, I went ahead and updated the package for 1.0.4, it was still missing some images for some reason. Also added a demo link.

did you change this style? I'm certain it had different colors last time I looked at it as I was going to download it

Same color scheme since the start. I have made some modifications to the style to make it more usable but other than that, all I've done is gotten rid of the template changes entirely so everything relies on style properties and extra.css
