It's still an open issue. I meant I got that you wanted me to fully deactivate it including uninstalling it. We may have to do that anyway, but right now we are not doing so. It is an insane amount of work to install and configure.

Ohhh. Have you tried analyzing permissions for that user in admincp ?

Yes. It was working and then stopped once she configured something that had your base colors and then added something from Dragonbyte Shop

What did she added ?

A few things like glow and highlighting and the like from DB. She probably did that without reverting colors from your addon first....though others of us did the same without issue though we didn't use glow and underlining

That could be the reason, perhaps DB surcharges some stuff that messes around with my add-on.

Would it be possible to get a ftp access ?
