XF 1.5 xf_tag_result_cache - Tag delay?

It appears when you tag a thread, it does not immediately appear on the associated Tag page.

Out of curiosity how long does it take exactly before it does update?

Is there a way to force refresh it on the spot from the Admin CP? It seems if I empty the xf_tag_result_cache table the tagged thread will appear immediately.

It's cached for one hour.
