XF 2.0 XF301VB after importing to new domain

What is recommended way of importing vb36-38 data from www.domain.com to xf2 domain.com (without www)
Can importer do that in one step, or I need to import to the same domain first, and then change domain?
Does XF301VB redirect script support domain change?

You need to set up a 301 redirect after the import (redirect old domain to non-www new domain).

You can import into XF 1 and then upgrade to XF 2 or use the beta importer available in XF 2.
