XF 1.5 moving xf big board to new domain name, seeking re-direct advice..

Hi,

Moving my big board to a new domain name. The board is nearly 15yrs old so there will be a lot of old links floating around. I will still own and maintain the original domain name. I assume some sort of htaccess code at the original domain? If someone clicks an old link:

http://www.oldboard.com/forum/the_post_page3

that it auto direct them to: http://www.newboard.com/forum/the_post_page3

I've done some searching but couldn't find any info on xf to xf domain name change redirecting.
