Implemented XF2 - Default Avatar Options

I would like to see other options for the users default avatar in XF2, versus the planned way it is now. Admins should be able to select from three options.

1) The way it is now in XF2. The first letter of the users name is the avatar for that user.
2) The way it is in XF 1, make, female and the question mark.
3) Option to use a image, that an admin can put in the location of the image, in the setting.

Thank you! I saw your thread on TAZ, and I agree. I spent a long time on my new default avatars, now it will be wasted.

No website shall be forced to install a third party add on for this in my opinion
