No but they’re no longer listed in the hashes file.

The file health check is based on the hashes.json file.

Whatever is listed in that file will be checked to see if it exists and if it does, that the hash matches.

Any existing files from previous versions are not removed.

Is there any way to clean up files that are no longer used? Xenforo should include a checkmark before upgrading asking if you want to delete obsolete files that are no longer needed.

Compare the files on the server with the files in the package.

That's currently the only way.
