Not a bug XF 2.2.11 Clean Install missing Enable CAPTCHA for guests

I have to do an import of my forum in a new installation of XenForo.
Therefore, I installed a clean version of XF 2.2.11.

But, in Options > Basic Options Enable CAPTCHA for guests is missing.

So the import of my forum in a new setup, is on hold now.

CAPTCHA configuration is now deemed an "advanced option" and therefore doesn't show by default.

You can still find the option via the admin search, just search for "captcha".

You can also enable "Advanced mode" in the footer of the options page.
