Its a bit of a hack to make sure the header doesn't start sticky. It'll only be sticky once you've scrolled 1px.

Just the standard UI.X add-on is all thats needed

They only show up if you have installed the style incorrectly. However, I understand this is small amount of extra content we could probably do without so Ive asked @kylerc to take a look into adding an option to hide these messages even if its installed incorrectly.

What's the status Mike?
I too find it very underwhelming for mobile/tablet devices (does not even appear to have a menu!), and have held off releasing it on the site because of this.

How does backstretch work?
I've out a large image into 'Backstretch Images', and whilst it displays, it's ratio is heavily out of whack and it's heavily pixelated. And appears to change proportion and placement when loading different pages.

My issues have not been resolved. What happens is I get a single support reply per day, and it usually requires me getting back, and they apparently don't work on weekends... So far they haven't touched my site even though I gave credentials.

Where's the option that will make the call to action appear (telling users to register)? And what option makes the large image come down almost in the shape of a triangle behind the call to action? I tried dozens of options without success. My biggest complaint is that the theme doesn't come out of the box setup the way the demo appears. With hundreds of options without explanation, it could take a very long time to figure out how to get it to look that way.
