The phrase "The lifetime support is valid while you are a Cloud customer." contains a logical contradiction or bug because the term "lifetime support" implies support for the entire lifetime (indefinitely), but the phrase restricts it to the period only while you are a Cloud customer, which can end.The lifetime support is valid while you are a Cloud customer.
Hello,
I paid for XenForo Cloud for two months and then canceled the subscription. Now, I don't have enough privileges to post in some threads on this forum, and I cannot download resources.
So, I assume there is no actual lifetime support.
Why do you want to download resources if you don't have a copy of XF?
We are colleagues and share the same office network, so it is obvious that our accounts have the same IP address.Multiple accounts with the same IPs = ban.

9. Support
For the duration of your subscription to the Service, We shall provide You with support to respond to any problems ("Support") You are experiencing with the Service which result in it not complying with its description or the demonstration, as made available on Our website ("Problem").
I think you all need some customer relationship lessons. Even though this topic may be difficult to understand, your reply makes it harder to understand.I think this rates as one of the most ridiculous threads of the year. Congratulations.
You're making a huge assumption that the phrase "lifetime" refers to the life of an individual person. It does not say that.
Indeed, if you read the Cloud service agreement - which is the definitive source of truth on this matter, the language is very clear:
"For the duration of your subscription to the service" - or in other words, for the "lifetime" of your subscription, meaning that you won't have to pay extra for support (like you do with self-hosted instances) for so long as you maintain your subscription.
Nothing in the agreement suggests or implies that this applies or should apply to any other use of the word "lifetime" that you choose to infer.
You no longer have the product. Therefore there's nothing to support.Lifetime support means support continues for the whole lifetime of the user or product without a predetermined end.
