XenForo lifetime support is not life time.

Hello,

I paid for XenForo Cloud for two months and then canceled the subscription. Now, I don't have enough privileges to post in some threads on this forum, and I cannot download resources.

So, I assume there is no actual lifetime support.

So a company pays for lifetime support, the IT guy who bought the license dies, the company loses all support despite having an active license and still paying? That's what you want instead?
