The contrast in BG colour between unread and read is very poor .... almost impossible to tell the delineation between them. If I didn't know there was 6 unread Alerts, I wouldn't know by simply looking which were read/visited and which were unread/unvisited.
Also your scroll bar is affecting visibility of the read/unread dots that appear in lower right corner. Perhaps they should be shoved over when there's a scrollbar - though my scroll bar is a lot slimmer. Must be a browser thing.
