It seems that in the past, I was able to moderate new registrations if they came through a Tor exit node into the forum. Since Cloudflare has been in place, this information appears to no longer be available. I can only identify users who are using Tor by chance, when they appear to be in different cities and countries within a short period.

Are there any ways to list these users despite Cloudflare?Both right before final registration, as well as during their usage?

We currently have a particularly annoying user in the forum who just won’t stop their obnoxious behavior, despite continuous deletion.

I don’t want to block Tor users through Cloudflare entirely; I just want to receive information when a user is using Tor.
