Xenforo beta 5 error

While updating to beta 5 i get this error:

First this:
There are at least 1 file(s) that do not appear to have the expected contents. Reupload the XenForo files and refresh this page. Only continue if you are sure all files have been uploaded properly.

Then this:
Fatal error: Class 'XenForo_Template_Compiler_Tag_Admin_CheckBoxUnit' not found in /home/myforum/public_html/forum/library/XenForo/Template/Compiler/Admin.php on line 45

Have you reuploaded the files?

If it still happens, download the upgrade package once more and try again.

i did it 3 times, still the same, gonna try it again...

The files definitely aren't being uploaded properly/fully if you're getting errors like that.

Ok it works now, i think i found my mistake.
When you upload your files in filezilla you can choose overwrite or overwrite when newer. You just have to choose overwrite files.
