Pop-up and drop down don't active, and message don't display

If you have javascript disabled in your browser then that is the issue. It needs to be enabled for full functionality in XenForo.

Error detail:
I don’t see input message
I see pop-up don’t active
On version 2.0.9 i see normal
But after upgrade to xenforo 2.1.1 i can’t post or use dropdown menu
