When changing consent, XenForo always displays a message "Your changes have been saved", depending on various states the page will also be reloaded afterwards.

Both behaviours (showing a message and even more so reloading the page) seem to be very uncommon (at least I can't remember having seen any consent management solution that does this) and slow down user interaction (epecially on mobile reloading the page does take some time).

I therefore suggest to remove the message and reload.
