I'm just using Apple QuickTime screen capture.

Screen Recorder Studio works real good on my iMac i find, don't seem to make things lag as much as quicktime does.

I'm not sure what this feature is called, I assume it will be called "Quote Text". Will there be an option in the ACP to disable this feature for those admins who do not want to enable this feature?

Why would you want to disable a feature that makes quoting easier for users?

Some admins might prefer to have the member quote the entire post in order to ensure the quote is in context.

That's not a valid reason. Members could still quote the entire post and then edit it manually, there's nothing to prevent them doing that.
