What do you have in as the path to your forums in wordpress, I'm assuming that XF is installed at your root?

xF is installed at root but jaxel's portal makes it /forum on the browser. I put /forum in the wordpress path.

Try just putting / in there. The wordpress plugin needs the path to the files not the path that you browse to.

Ok I'm going to set up something similar on my test box so that I can see what's happening here. I'm not going to be home until this evening but I'll try it out and see what I can figure out.

One question, are you using the release of XenPorta or the beta?

I am using the release of Xenporta I did not know there was a beta. I am using 1.1 beta 2 for the forum though.

I think I've got a solution for it, I need to test it and make sure it doesn't break the other 2 deployment senarios before I release it. I may have to put an option in the theme options for how you are deploying wordpress/xenforo it might not be able to use the same solution for all of them.

I will be testing this tomorrow morning and as soon as I get through all the testing I will release it.

I'm setting this up for a test site in a sub folder of my existing site. The home page looks like this, I'm guessing because a path is off somewhere. Any idea where so I can go fix it?

The path to xenforo is wrong, correct it.

Maybe I misread the directions but here's how I have it configured

<test folder> - Wordpress lives here
<testfolder/forums> - XF lives here
In Theme Options I have "/forums" for XF path
